Finalists Revealed for 2025 Scottish Home Awards

The wait is over. The Scottish Home Awards, sponsored by Ross & Liddell, has today revealed the finalists for its 18th annual celebration of excellence in Scottish housing.

Following a judging session last week, during which a panel of industry experts gathered to review over 140 impressive entries, finalists have been selected across 19 award categories. From ambitious regeneration projects to outstanding affordable housing developments, the shortlist reflects the breadth and quality of work transforming communities across Scotland.

Winners will be announced at the awards dinner on Thursday 19th June 2025 at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Glasgow Central. The event will bring together hundreds of housing industry leaders for an evening of celebration, connection and recognition.

With anticipation building for one of the biggest nights in the industry calendar, table bookings are now open. Early reservations are strongly recommended to secure a place at the event.

Join us for a night of celebration — book your tickets here.

We look forward to welcoming you in Glasgow this June to celebrate the outstanding achievements shaping Scotland’s housing landscape.
